By accessing or using GTM Clarity (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
GTM Clarity is a B2B SaaS platform for scoring people, accounts, and opportunities. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You may not use the Service to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- You may not use the Service to compete with GTM Clarity
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Salesforce, Customer.io, etc.) to GTM Clarity, you represent that you have the right to share that data with us for processing. You are responsible for compliance with third-party platform terms.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTM Clarity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
