Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of GTM Clarity, a delivr.ai product. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

GTM Clarity provides B2B chat AI that engages website visitors, qualifies leads, and routes conversions. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

3. Pay-per-conversion billing

Unless otherwise agreed in an order form, GTM Clarity is billed on a pay-per-conversion basis — you are charged only when a defined conversion event occurs (e.g., a booked demo, trial start, or sign-up). There is no per-seat or subscription minimum unless stated in your order. Fees are billed in arrears and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no reverse engineering; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access; no use that violates others' privacy.

5. Customer data & IP

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. We retain all rights in the GTM Clarity software and models.

6. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (e.g., CRM, identity, hosting). Your use of those is subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not guarantee specific results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate per the order form or for material breach. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we'll handle data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to customers. Continued use means acceptance.
