Data Storage and Security
All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon. OAuth tokens and API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We maintain strict multi-tenant isolation — your data is never accessible to other customers.
Third-Party Services
GTM Clarity integrates with third-party services (Salesforce, Customer.io, and others) at your direction. We process data from these services solely to provide the scoring platform functionality you have configured.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@gtmclarity.ai.
GDPR and CCPA
