Account details (name, work email, company), billing information, and anything you submit through forms or conversations with us.

Conversation data

Messages exchanged between site visitors and the assistant, including metadata such as timestamps, pages viewed, and outcome (e.g., demo booked).

Identity & firmographic data

To resolve anonymous visitors into known accounts, we use the delivr.ai identity graph and hashed identifiers. We do not sell this data.

Usage & device data

Standard log data (IP address, browser, device) and product analytics used to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the service within your tenant;
• To resolve visitor identity and qualify leads for our customers;
• To process billing on a pay-per-conversion basis;
• To communicate with you and provide support;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share data with subprocessors that power the service (e.g., Vercel, Neon, Clerk, delivr.ai), with your instruction, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We use essential cookies to run the service and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
